Optional add on: Quick Start Texting. Begin texting immediately on unregistered local phone numbers for up to two weeks for an additional surcharge of 1¢ per outbound SMS segment and 1.5¢ per outbound MMS message. Note: all new accounts activated between October 21 and November 5, 2024 will automatically have Quick Start enabled by default with the option to switch to registered later (if approved)

*SMS messages are sent in character groups called segments. On average, a segment contains 153 characters. MMS messages contain a media file and up to 1600 text characters.
