1. The person named as the contract signer will be sent your contract soon, usually within 1 business day 📅
2. Separately, a member of the Scale to Win team will reach out to the contract signer to confirm the contract was received and answer any questions❓
3. Keep an eye out for an initial email from our Billing Team, detailing how to add a payment method — a vital step to activate your account 💳
4. Then, within one business day, expect a message from our Customer Success Team with instructions on how to access your account and sign up for complimentary training 🤝

Note for texting clients:

‍Phone number registration: Registrations can take upwards of 7-10 business days to be approved and longer during busy times like the final weeks before Election Day.
